ELECTROTHERAPY (Passive Exercise)
 
As a result of living far from sports and exercise, everyday our muscle structure weakens. Especially our voluntary striated muscles are responsible for our posture and lines.

With the muscle stimulation practised via electrical applications tonicity is increased in abdominal region, hip and legs. Main aim is to try and increase the muscle/ fat ratio. Each séance is 20 minutes. These séances are programmed 2-3 sessions a week and repeated 5-7 weeks.
